I keep my coins everywhere! My boys are now old enough that they love finding “treasure” around the house.

We keep a coin jar but lately our change mostly goes in my pocketbook because I use it for my drugstore deals. :o) The rest ends up in the kids piggy banks.

We have a coin tin bank. We have had it for years and we use the money to support those people that come to the door selling things like the girl scouts.

We keep 2 coin jars. 1 next to the laundry for forgotten coins/cash that ended up in the dryer & one in our kitchen. We empty & count whenever they are almost full, so maybe every year or so. Last time we did it, we used the money to go to the casino and eat for free :-)

As you can imagine, all of this puts a good dent in my monthly budget. So I've learned how to save on the things I NEED, so I can spend on the things I WANT.
