    I would buy a new toilet. Ours is about 30 years old and came with the new house we purchased. It’s inefficient, too short and is being to show signs of its age with mechanical and physical problems. I would buy the American Standard Town Square Right Height (16-1/2 In.)     There are so many things that need to be done to our home and barn – I think $100.00 would go for home repairs – windows for the dining room, roof for the barn, outlets in various rooms, repair to appliances, no end of items needing attention. :)
