Walmart Deals New 6/17/09

June 17, 2009 by Tara Kuczykowski 20 Comments

Wal-Mart.com USA, LLC

Here are the newest deals to be found at Walmart! For the full list of current deals check out the Walmart Deals page.

Thanks to Heather at NWA Deals and Heidi at The Frugal Girls for their help with many of these deals.

Some tips for shopping Walmart:

  • Walmart’s prices vary by region, even by store within the same area, but generally they are reasonably close to the listed price.
  • Walmart does accept Internet printable coupons. You may find it helpful to print out and carry a copy of the Walmart corporate coupon policy with you.
  • Walmart will price match competitor’s ads on like items.

New to couponing? Read up on what all of these abbreviations mean first in my quick reference guide.

Have you found any stellar bargains at Walmart lately? Please feel free to email me so I can share them (while giving you credit, of course)! Along the same lines, if you find a deal is no longer valid because the coupon has expired or reached its print limit, it’s very helpful if you let me know so I can keep it current. Thanks for your help!

Hi, are we sure that the Always Infinity coupon is for the same size that is on sale? Also isn’t there a Reach Floss coupon in the 6/14 SS? Thanks!

Isn’t the Country Time Lemonade coupon $1.50/2 instead of $1/2?

I too am curious about the Always Infinity. Are you positive that price is for the 24ct? The coupon is only for 24 ct and higher, I do believe. I know it’s not good on the small count boxes.
    Someone please verify. Thanks!!

That printable link takes you to a $2/1, so if your WM or anywhere for that matter, gives overage, this is a decent coupon!! Thanks!!

Christina emailed me and said that the Always Infinity was a rollback. I’m assuming she matched up the terms, but I haven’t been to the store to check it out for myself.

When you say that WalMart matches price competitors ads on like items–how do you do that? Do you have to bring in the competitors ad? Or go to customer service? Or just tell the checkout person? Im new to this…thanks!

Katie, you have to have the competitor’s ad with you and show the cashier when you’re checking out.

Lisa, I think the coupon may vary depending on your zip code. Sorry I didn’t realize that earlier.

GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!!! on getting the cashier to accept coupons that are valued more than the item costs, even if it’s pennies. It has been my experience that when an item rings up less than the coupon value, the system generates a question to the cashier to check if the coupon amount is valid, then the cashier will check to see the item price, and then it’s a NO GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, unless more than one of the item is purchased and only one coupon used. That has been my experience in the Houston area, city of Pearland.

The Always Infinity are on rollback, but the coupon would only be valid on the larger pack which is currently $6.96 (so $2.96 after $4 coupon), You can use the $1/1 coupon for the smaller package which would make it $2.96 ALSO after coupon, so might as well get the Large package (with $4 Q) & have the same OOP amount ! =)

For the Always Infinity…my store had the 36 count on Rollback to $6.96. So with the coupon it was a GREAT deal!

Just a quick heads-up! I noticed yesterday at my Walmart that they have raised several of their rollback prices. Breyers ice cream was up to $3.00, and I also noticed a few other prices that had risen. On the other hand, I found a couple of new rollbacks. Just thought I’d let everybody know to check their shelf prices as they shop!

All my Q’s always say excluding trial size – which coupons don’t say that?
I used one of the J&J $2 off any body care on the baby lotion that was $2.19 and it worked in case that helps anyone!

Hi, my Walmart in Plano, TX does not carry Starbucks ice cream. What part of the country do you live in? I’d love to get the deal!
    Thanks!

    Carolyn,

The Walmart in McKinney (off 380) carries the Starbucks ice cream. You might want to try another one in your area because I had no problem finding it and I’m only a few miles from Plano.

Thanks Kimberly, I’ve tried 2 in Plano and checked online. I couldn’t even find it there. I’ll check another 1 tomorrow while running errands. We have 5 in Plano!
