I am confused on the vicks deal at the top if you buy 3 @ $4.99 and use 3 $1/1 cpns that would be $12.00 for 2 and you get $6.00 back making it 3 for $6.00? am i missing something?

According to Hot Coupon World, Walgreens has a new regulation where you cannot combine a BOGO sale with a BOGO coupon. You can purchase one item and get two free, so I will go amend the list.
