Do I need to tear out these coupons or do they automatically deduct at the register?

    Thanks!!

Sweet! I have given away most of my toothpaste stash-so it’s time to build it up again! Thanks!

Becca, they’ll need to scan the coupon, but you don’t necessarily have to tear it out.

Missy my Walgreens is diff price too. 2.29 Crest was too small to use the coupon the 2.6 size was 2.69. Luckliy I was shopping on friends and family day so still got several tubes of free tooth paste. Everyone just needs to use this as a reminder to check every fact on a deal. Starting with price, size of product, coupon details and expiration. It gets tricky but is so worth it when you have a full pantry and find out you have family members in need of everything. Thanks for all you do Tara you have changed our lives and really helped us to save family from suffering. The coupon community is awsome. 8^)

Just an FYI these are $2.79 at my WAGS so they would be $0.54.

$2.69 here in the Los Angeles area. I was still going to grab one, but my WAGS would not take both coupons. It was even the Assistant Store Mgr. It kept beeping so she would not take it. I told her she is still supposed to accept, she said she could not and then she was trying to tell me the coupon is only for Pro Health (because that is what is in the picture)… ugh. I am over it lol

Hi from Pensacola,Fl where this toothpaste was $2.69 ea. Since I was only buying he toothpaste the cashier only would t ake the Walgreens $1.50 coupon, would not take the mfg coupon for $ .75. Was this because I used two coupoms for the toothpast? Did I need a fill in product?. Thanks for your help and have a wonderful day

I stopped at a walgreens on my way to work and they also wouldn’t take both coupons, so I ended up using the walgreens coupon for $1.50 off and paid $1.26 for my toothpaste. Then I realized afterwards that I left my toothpaste at the counter!

This deal should NOT work at Walgreens. Both coupons are Manufacturer’s, so Walgreens is not supposed to accept both of them. It’s one or the other.

I went to Walgreens today. I had 1 Walgreen coupon ($1.50) and 11 manufacturer coupons for .75 cents off. I was going to purchase 11 tubes of toothpaste. The price was $2.69 each and after coupons would be .44 cents each. At first when they scanned the the WG coupon it went through fine. Took $1.50 off each of the 11 tubes of toothpaste but when I handed them my 11 manufacturer coupons it kept beeping so the store manager came up and took off the WG coupon off and tried it again. The key here is to have them scan the manufacturer coupon FIRST and then the WG coupon and you will have NO problem at all. If they scan the WG coupon first it will not work. I will be going back tomorrow and purchase 15 more. I would have got them all tonight but I didnt want to wipe them out 2night. :)

Another thing to keep in mind is that on Tuesdays there is a 15% military discount–every week! Just show your military id when you begin to check out. I only shop Wags on Tuesdays because I get so much more bang for my buck! I only had the $1.5o coupon, but I got the toothpaste for $2.29 – 15%=$1.94-$1.50 coupon=$.44
