First, the Rite Aid printable coupon appears to be regional. Sorry for any confusion!
Second, you should be able to stack Babies R Us coupons with manufacturers coupons. I’ve never had a problem, but I don’t have any sort of official documentation from BRU on it.
As far as where the RA coupon comes from…it just comes from RedPlum.com, right? I’m not sure how to answer that question!

Just a note – the Kandoo DVD and CD is no longer being offered, as of 9:00 AM this morning. The $1.00 coupon is still available though.
