Toy Story and Toy Story 2 Printable Coupons

March 18, 2010 by Tara Kuczykowski 45 Comments

Toy Story and Toy Story 2 will be rereleased as a DVD/Blu-ray combo pack on Tuesday, March 23rd. I’m not sure if we’ll be seeing any rebates for them, but there are two new coupons available to save $5 on each!

  • $5/1 Toy Story Special Edition DVD/Blu-ray printable
  • $5/1 Toy Story 2 Special Edition DVD/Blu-ray printable

Has anyone seen what these will be priced at?

Thanks, Krazy Coupon Lady!

The Toy Story 2 US coupon was the last one to pop up. It wasn’t there at first, but it’s now available for print! Yahoo!

Man, the question is, should I get the blu ray combo pack even if I already own the vhs and dvd?

Well, if it is one of those great deals like Princess and the Frog I just might have too. Keep us informed about any rebates :)

    Thanks!

Walmart can pre-order both…online but there are no places for coupon codes. No word about in-store prices just yet!

Hi! I know this is off the subject but can anyone tell me if the ING Direct checking account is still available with the $121 rebate? And if so where do I find the code. Thanks.
Tara, I love this site. Thanks so much for all you do!!

TRU has a special going on where if you pre-order both you also get $15 off another Disney movie and then when you go to pick them up they will be taking another $10 off for buying both together (Target is also doing the get $10 off if buying both). I also have the $8 coupons to upgrade to blu ray from the DVD (go to https://www.disneyupgrade2blu.com), so I’ll be getting a pretty good deal =)

For the $15 off I got Cars, then they had a $5 off special (no idea why as it wasn’t advertised), and I had a $8 off upgrade coupon, so I got the movie for FREE! ($24.99-$15.00-$5.00-$5.00= FREE)
I had to buy something else with the transaction though as they wouldn’t take the coupon because the movie was only $4.99 before the $8 was taken off, so I got a children’s 2 cd set for $6.99 – the $8 coupon was split between the two and as a result got the cd set for $3 plus tax!

Opps, I tried to do a link and it got screwed up*sheepish look*
go to http://www.disneyupgrade2blu.com for the $8 off coupons you have to send in the POP tabs, and then they email you the coupons. I’ve found you can print them up to 3 times before they tell you you’ve exceeded the number allowed!

Also TRU will probably be having the dvd’s at $26.99 as Princess and the Frog was selling for that price.

    Nadine,

How did this pre-ordering deal at TRU work? You have to pay full-price up front and then pick them up when they are released and get credited for the $10 (for buying both movies)? Do you have to get the additional movie then too (the one that you get $15 off) at the time you pre-order the others? What price did they charge you for the Toy Story and Toy Story 2? I saw on their website that they are charging $29.99 to pre-order these. Any details would be helpful.

To preorder movies at tru ur only required to leave a $5 deposit fir each, so if u preorder both toy story movies you get $15 off another Disney movie, so for arguments sake let’s say u pick up another Disney movie that’s priced at $15, which is what I’m planning 2 do it would be $15 for any movie+ $5 deposit for toy story 1+ $5 deposit toy story 2= $25 plus tax-$15 instantly for doing the preorder on both movies total should b$10 plus tax, then when u pick up both the toy story movies u show ur reciept and preorder cards and you get the $10 deposit taken plus use the $10 worth of printable coupons above. Common sense is saying TRU will have them priced at 16.99 each(not sure if days accurate Ive never seen blu rays priced so low, but it could b, let’s hope) plus they each come with a movie ticket. So all together u would end up paying 23.98 for 2blu rays 1 DVD and 2 movie tickets

Thanks Erika. I have a couple more questions. Is this preording done in store? When you say 23.98 for 2 blu rays 1 DVD and 2 movie tickets, I’m assuming the 2 blu rays are the TS1 and TS2, is the 1 DVD the other Disney movie that you get $15 off of (in other words, does that movie have to be a DVD only and not a combo pack)? Make sense? My store had no idea what I was talking about when I asked about a pre-ordering deal.

You welcome, TRU’s preordering deals can only be done in store, you can preorder online but wont get whatever deal there offering. They always offer great deals on disney movies when u preorderd, I preorderd Snow White and they gave a $5 gift card, The Little Mermaid they gave a Free Little Mermaid Photo Album, Tinkerbell a free tinkerbell photo album, Up a free Doug plush, Princess and the frog free Tiana jewlery box, i combine these deals with the printable coupons and the free toys r us giftcards ( I have the TRUS credit card which I use for every bill and purchase that i make, they reward with $10 gift cards, every month I get @ least 1, if not 2 or 3 of course this is only smart to do if you gonna pay your balance every month in full, so u dont get charged intrest)& i pay nothing for all my disney movies. So back to ur questions, yes those were the titles i was referring to, to preorder the movie go to the movie section and there should be some cards that Say Preorder TS on them, customer service should know what ur talking, cause they always do preorder deals. And its $15 on the purchase of any disney Movie TODAY, so yes it can be used on another combo pack, but the total you be more than 23.98

Here is the deal I am going for @ Target in PA .

They are selling each at 22.99 = 46.00 + tax
    for both.
Target takes off 10 dollars automatically for purchasing both bringing it to 36.00 + tax.
Print out the 10.00 off each coupons from above using the ups codes ( you will need a disney rewards account , very easy and quick to do )

Use these coupons value of $20 combined to bring it to 16.00 for both. This is 16.00 for both …reoughly 8 dollars each !! also each movie contains a way to get a movie ticket for ts3 a value of 8. 50 ! and a target each movie comes with a dvd rom game included. This sounds like a deal to me :)
