Win Pizza Hut Tuscani LasagnaRecently I was contacted by a rep from Pizza Hut to try their new Tuscani Lasagna. I was a little skeptical about whether my family would like it. I mean, Pizza Hut is known for their pizza not lasagna, but it was absolutely delicious.

Mmm, doesn’t it just look fabulous?

The Tuscani Lasagna arrived hot and fresh at our door along with a side of breadsticks in under 30 minutes, and at just $14.99, this is a welcome (and less expensive) change of pace from a typical pizza delivery. It got the Kuczy Kids’ stamp of approval, and that’s not an endorsement to take lightly!

From the Pizza Hut website:

“With layers of lasagna noodles and real ricotta, Parmesan and Romano cheeses smothered in Italian-seasoned meat sauce and freshly oven-baked with a layer of melted cheese, you’ll get the taste of Italy, delivered right to your door. Get over 3 lbs. of pasta plus 5 breadsticks for $14.99!”

    I think it’s wonderful that Pizza Hut is serving these new items now! It’s a perfect match for the type of thing I’d expect to find there.

    Many years ago they offered Cavatini and it was sooooo very delicious! I’m expecting these new things, and especially the Lasagna, to be just as much of a hit with my family as everything else Pizza Hut has to offer. :-)

    I have tried the chicken alfredo. It was very good. I’m trying to spread the word to food chains that many people are allergic to aluminum. My mom couldn’t share in the meal and I know she would have enjoyed it. Can they use the type of containers that some pot pies come in? They go in the oven at rather high temperatures? Thanks for considering it Pizza Hut. Is there anyone responding to this offer that also has this problem?

    Sounds absolutely wonderful. What would be more relaxing than having hot, comforting lasagna delivered right to your own door. Sounds too good to be true!

    We haven’t tried their pastas yet. We order from Pizza hut quite often & am looking forward to trying their lasagna. We usaully get it from Olive garden & this will make it much easier.

    I have always thought of Pizza Hut as the place we went in high school (a million years ago!) and haven’t really been back since. I’m in Chicago, so pizza is a religion around here. But really good pizza is very expensive and sometimes I like to delve into the world of the greasier pizza because it’s just good stuff! Especially now with the kids, I’d like to try the pasta and lasagna options that are probably a much cheaper price than local italian eateries. I’d try it!

    Well, I can tell you that lasagna looks really, really good right now and I just ate dinner. The description makes it sound like it would taste wonderful and from a marketing standpoint, I think this was a great move by Pizza Hut. There is a lot of pizza competition out there and this lasagna and other pasta line might be the trump card they need to keep folks coming in. (not too mention those chocolate dipping sticks, yummy!)
