I’m always on the lookout for new recipes, and I find a lot of great ones in my Taste of Home magazine. I’ve never seen it priced this low, so I thought I’d share this offer so all my DSM foodies can get in on it!
Get a one-year Taste of Home subscription for just $2. The site mentions that it’s a weekly special, so I’m not sure exactly when it ends. I’d recommend ordering ASAP if you’re interested! New subscriptions only.
I ordered mine on Sept 19 too, so hopefully mine will come soon. I think the thing that frustrates me is that I contacted the company via e-mail 3 weeks ago to find out the status of my order and never got any sort of response from them. Even if I do get my magazine, I will never order from them again, as their customer service seems to be non-existent.
do not order from these people. I ordered Sept 19 and it took until Jan 5 to get a refund.
Still no magazine & no refund for me. I’m contacting my credit card company & will go about getting a refund that way. I’m also planning to contact the Better Business Bureau & file a complaint.
I ordered mine on 9/21 and have sent NUMEROUS emails and have no response at all. I also am contacting the Better Business Bureau and credit card company. I even researched the owner of the website and sent a direct email to him but he will not respond.
Just a follow up to say I was able to get a refund by going through my credit card company. Never again will I order from this company.
I just today called Discover to file a dispute. I called the lowpricesubs.com phone number and no one answers. The website has not been updated since Thanksgiving! I did use a computer generated number that discover does to hide your real information, b/c I was suspicious.
I forgot to say: I ordered Rachael Ray for $5 on October 24th 2009 and haven’t received anything yet, and my latest (and last) RR mag came the other day w/ no renewal on the label.
All 6 of my orders for Taste of Homes for gifts were finally received at the same time. It did take quite a while though. I think I ordered them in September. I did write to them though and told them if I did not hear from them I was notifying the Better Business Bureau. Right after that the subscriptions came through.
I also bought the “taste of home”, thru google, then lowpricesub.com in pilot knob, missouri. this was in sept 2009, and have never received a thing. google will not help, and of course the company is a scam. they are still in business. i have turned them over to the BBB and the attorney generals office. in hopes that they may close them down. all you have to do is check out the complaints againse the company, (which i should have done FIRST) my fault.
