Tara – do you know where they stock these in your store? I couldn’t find them today, but I didn’t have a lot of time to look either. All I could find was the $3.99 size.

I haven’t found them personally, but if you don’t find them with the regular body washes (I think that’s where I found them last time), check the end caps because they often put the special sizes there.

Susie, it sounds like you found the larger size — these are the 8.4-oz. size. When I said I haven’t found them personally, it’s because I haven’t been shopping at Target in a couple of weeks, not that I couldn’t find them. Numerous people have emailed me that they found them, so I’m not sending people on a wild goose chase.

This is awesome! I actually have 2 of these coupons AND there’s a $2 off 1 from the P & G from 2/14! AND I actually have 2 more of the $2 off 1 from a package insert from something else I bought. If I can find them, that will be 5 bottles that I can score free!

    Thanks so much!

[Tara – have the people that emailed you said that there were anywhere special (other than the typical soap isle) in the store?]

Thanks for sharing where you all have found them!

Kelly, the $2/1 coupon won’t work because it’s only valid on the 12-0z. size.

Whoops .. Thanks for pointing that out! The $2/1 from the paper is 12 oz, however the $2/1 from the package insert are for any size [except trial]. I believe this came from the Mach 3 disposable razor packaging.

Can’t you print off two of each of the coupons on Target. I printed off one $1 off Kraft chesse, and have went through the coupons 3 times and can’t find it to print a second time. Am I doing something wrong? Please help.
    Thanks

I’m curious….does the register at Target beep when you use this coupon because the value of the coupon ($4) is higher than the cost of 2 bottles of the wash ($3.98)? Just wondering if the cashier will need to do any kind of override for it since sometimes that can be a pain.

it shouldn’t beep if it matches the coupon’s wording, but that definitely doesn’t mean it won’t. hopefully you’ll get a cashier that doesn’t mind doing their job!

i’m going on thursday in hopes that i can find these size bottles.

Kelly I find that comment offensive being that i am a cashier and my company doesnt allow me to take manf. coupons that exceed the item value, but that doesnt mean im not doing my job. I use coupons all the time but even i know that using a coupon for 4 dollars off an item that is only 3.99 isnt alway going to work, but thats not the cashiers fault. Its policy.

    Me,
I think Kelly is referring to the part of your job that requires you (via Target’s coupon policy) to adjust the coupon down to the value of the product. So if you do this don’t take offense. Target gives a lot of us couponers trouble about following there own policy.

    Susie Q,
Maybe you should try finding your own deals from now on. I am grateful to Tara for posting as much info as possible for us. If she saves one reader some money, the post is worth it. Stop being so hard on her and making her feel bad, this might make her more cautious about posting deals that she hasn’t personally tried. And no one can try out each and every deal available, it’s not humanly possible.

    Dear Me Target Cashier,
I’m sure what Kelly meant was that by doing your job, you can manually adjust the coupon down to match the amount of the purchase. This is part of Target’s coupon policy and I’ve had cashiers do it for me several times. Most of the readers here on DSM are pretty up on Target’s and other stores’ coupon policies, and nobody on here is trying to say we should do something that’s not allowed.

why are people so grouchy about these deals?

point blank- if you think you can do a better job letting everyone in the U.S know all the deals- then create a great blog yourself. You’ll see you will get many nasty, condescending comments, too.

I love Tara’s site. I know, going into stores, that I may not find the deals. I have, too, called ahead if I was planning on making a special trip.

Not sure if “me” is a Target cashier, but do not take the all-encompassing comments about cashiers in general to mean you. holy moly people…
I have to educate many store managers/directors about their policies as it relates to coupons. I am ALWAYS right as I have a print out of the policy in hand and the corporate office on speed dial.

Me, if you are a Target cashier, what you have been told IS incorrect. You are, by policy, suppose to adjust the coupon down.

So, having said all of that… let’s go shopping people! And, for crying out loud, have fun, save money and lighten up!

I found these on a special end cap near the Body Washes and scored 6 for free – the coupon did beep, as do almost all coupons at Target, but the Cashier hit K-1 to accept when she verified that I purchased the correct product. Wish I had more coupons…

I found them on a sidecap (does that make sense?). It wasn’t in the aisle with the rest of the body wash but it wasn’t on an end cap. It was at the end of an aisle, on a hanging sidecap. I did include a picture of where it was found on my blog post, if that helps.

My coupons did beep but I think it was because it was 3.98. My cashier just pushed them through. If they won’t do that, they should adjust the price based on Target’s policy. That’s why I always carry mine with me!

The 12 oz size is 3.99. The one I bought was 8.4 and priced at 1.99.

    Hope that helps!

Thank you ladies for trying to clear up what I meant about my comment. You are exactly right! Some cashiers will give you so much trouble about a coupon, when it clearly matches the item, or they have to adjust the price. If it’s in the policy, then there isn’t any reason why we should catch attitude about it. I had a cashier last week actually try to tell me that there was nothing she could do about a Target coupon not working. I had the EXACT item pictured and described and she tried to hand the coupon back to me and say there was nothing she could do about it. I had to tell her that there WAS something she could do about it and that she SHOULD since it was for the exact item I was purchasing. She actually SNATCHED the coupons out of my hand. I was fuming.

To ME Cashier, I hope you read the policy again soon… you’ll have a lot less heartache in your checkout line if you do.

Thanks again ladies! Keep those bargains coming! :)

Well said Tonya!! I bought GE reveal light bulbs at target this week, with a $1.50 target coupon and $1 manufacters coupon. the bulbs were on sale for $2.09, so it I thought i would get a .31 cents overage, or they would adjust it, but instead, the cashier changed the price of the bulbs to $3.69, the regular price!! When I looked at my receipt, and took it to customer service, she acted like she didnt know what the problem was with that. I asked her when it was up to the cashier to decide who pays what sale price and who pays regular price. She gave me a refund on the bulbs (full price and didnt take off the coupon discount) and let me keep the bulbs.
