My grandmother always made a homemade cranberry salad made with raspberry & black cherry jello, chopped fresh cranberries & oranges plus some zest, very thinly sliced celery, and chopped walnuts. It was so amazing. Now the recipe has been passed down two generations and still bring back old memories of our time with Nanny. It is probably my most favorite dish (if I really had to choose-which is hard to do)!

Thanks for the info. I subscribed via email. Don’t forget about the sweet potatoe souffle w/ vanilla extract and raw sugar for a complete meal! One serving of yams or sweet potatoes (do you know the difference?) satisfy your daily requirement for antioxidants and they naturally help you control weight gain.
