Do you sign up for a Wellness card at the store or how do you get one?

Like Jenni said, you can register in-store, but you can also register for the Wellness program online too.

You can sign up at the store, Kristina. They have little pamphlets you can fill your info out on and there are wellness cards attached, they just scan the card and load your information on it.
It’s nice because I don’t always remember mine, and they can just look it up using my phone number.

Is it like the cvs card? e coupons on the card. I’m sure my store hasn’t gotten them yet. Over here In Rhode Island we are always the last stop.

The Wellness card is similar to the CVS card in that you need it to get the advertised prices. The Wellness program went nationwide on 4/18.

However, the Up+ Rewards program does appear to be regional, and I’m not sure what regions are working yet. I have heard reports of some stores in NY and NC working.

I have been a Rite Aid shopper for a long time and even have the wellness card now. I have never heard of UP+ rewards. Is it new? I really want to get some diapers for this price. Do I need to go into the store to find out?
