print out and bring the coupon policy with you: https://content.riteaid.com/stores/CustomerCouponAcceptancePolicyAugust2010.pdf
      Buy One, Get One Free
 We accept two coupons for the purchase of two items that are on Buy One, Get One Free Promotion.
 We accept a Buy One, Get One Free Coupon with an item that is in our flyer as Buy One, Get One Free, meaning both
items are free. The cash register will compute any sales tax due, which varies by state law

If they still refuse to, call the number on the bottom of your receipt.

According to RA coupon policy (print a copy and carry it around) you can use a BOGO coupon with a BOGO item to get both items free, in addtion, you can use two coupons with a BOGO item but one or the other not both. All the RA store I’ve shopped in allows me to do this.

You won’t see it anymore, since it’s an October Video Values coupons. But, if you did happen to watch the video in October, you can still print the coupon through the expiration date.

I thought I watched all the videos last month. What does the coupon say in the list for the various breakfast items. I think it’s staring me in the face and I don’t see it. HA! :)

I’m just wondering if anyone else is equally as frustrated with Rite Aid? – I went to two stores last night and every single sale item I wanted to buy was gone – the staff has no clue – things are always in the wrong spot, and when I ask for a rain check they have no idea how to figure in the up rewards. I wasted 3 hours of my life yesterday trying to get free toothpaste and mouthwash – I don’t think it worth the frustration anymore.

@Erin..I use to have this problem. I called and made a complaint about the store not having the sale item. I no longer have this problem. I go to 3 different Rite Aid and they treat me like A QUEEN when I come in. I’m amaze how a phone call change my shopping trip. Sorry I had to run a tell like a little child. (LOL)

I don’t have any problems at my two Rite Aids. They are almost always well-stocked and treat me very well. It’s my favorite of the three drug stores.

Hey there — nice to meet you!

I'm Tara: mom of 5 teens/tweens and one 80-lb. Weimaraner, who fancies herself a lap dog. Born and raised in Ohio (GO BUCKS!!!), my fave things include cooking + baking, my JEEP Rubicon, the 4x4 beaches at OBX, and checking out the local craft beer scene...

As you can imagine, all of this puts a good dent in my monthly budget. So I've learned how to save on the things I NEED, so I can spend on the things I WANT.
