Is the Wellness Card and the UP reward the same thing? If not, how do I get the UP reward?

No, they are not. The Wellness card is Rite Aid’s new loyalty card that you must give to the cashier when you make a purchase to get the sale pricing and earn +UP Rewards.
You earn +UP Rewards when you purchase qualifying items. The coupons will print on the bottom of your receipt and can be used on your next purchase (through the expiration date).
