I got an awesome deal on the Arm and Hammer Simply Saline neti pot:
It was on sale for $9.99, I had $1.00 off any Simply Saline product (from the Arm and Hammer website), Rite Aid gave me a $4 +UP for the item and I’m going to submit for the full rebate from Arm and Hammer. What a steal!

Does anybody know if the “$10 +UP Reward wyb $50 select Saving Star Items” deal needs to be all in one transaction?

Usually those type of deals tend to track at Rite Aid over multiple transactions.
You just need to be careful about doing back-to-back transactions, since I’ve heard the registers can have trouble with tracking if you make your purchases too close together.
