Tammy, yes their web site is very slow, I have problems logging in and navigating the site all the time. It seems like it’s bugged!

I went to the help section on their website and they said to change the cookies on my internet explorer but that didnt change anything. I have tons of gifts to grow points but I cant log in on my home computer. I guess i have to keep going to the library. Its pretty rediculous!

I HAD THIS PROBLEM TOO. MAKE SURE YOU FOLLOW EACH STEP THEY DESCRIBE. I BELIEVE IT WAS 4 AND IT SHOULD WORK. ALSO CLEARING OUT OLD COOKIES HELPS. ALSO UNDER TOOLS ORGANIZE YOUR MANAGE ADD ONS AND IN PRIVATE FILTERING. HOPE THAT HELPS.
