Old Navy Weekly Recap: Keep Checking

May 15, 2009 by Tara Kuczykowski 37 Comments

Old Navy ClearanceSo OldNavyWeekly.com updated fairly early this week, and I still missed the big one! I was banking on another late night and was helping my son with some homework. Oh well, grades are more important – or so I’m consoling myself with that at least.

It seems as though Old Navy is wise to the tabbing trick, because it no longer works. However, the high value coupons still went very quickly. The good news is that they’ll be refreshing the site with coupons periodically this week, so you can use the list of hiding places below to check the site from time to time.

Where are the coupons?

  • 10% off any Purchase – Click on the starfish held by the little girl with the pink swim goggles on.
  • 15% off any Purchase – Move the flag from the little girl in red’s shirt to the hand of the little boy in the gray shirt.
  • 20% off any Purchase – Move the orange-striped bag to replace the blue-striped bag held by the modelquin in the pink swimsuit.
  • 25% off any Purchase – Click on the “Download PDF” link in the lower right-hand corner.
  • $10 off $50 Purchase – Watch the video and click on the red coverup at approximately 24 seconds in.
  • $45 off $100 Purchase – Click on the big red umbrella and slide down to close it.
  • $60 off $100 Purchase – Click on the dog and hold your mouse button down while “petting” it. Click on the coconut that falls from the palm tree to the right of the dog.

Shopping online? Don’t forget to shop through Ebates to get 1% cash back. Plus if you’re a new to Ebates, you’ll get an additional $5 credit when you make your first purchase through them!

Wow! The highest coupon seems to be getting ridiculous! How is someone to know to click here and then hold for so long then watch out for something falling or going across the sky? CRAZY! I just dont understand how to know all these things in order to get a great coupon. It used to be easy they just make it so difficult now. Which I believe they are trying to…lol

That little run away coconut is the hardest thing to catch. I must have tried to click on it about 7 times. I did manage to get one of the $45/$100 Q’s this time . It’s not the big one but I think it is great. I have to start shopping for next years school clothes. Thanks for the hints.

This is crazy, there is nothing left but 15 and 10% off. I think they could refresh some off the smaller coupons more often (20 and 25%).

I tried over & over to click on the coconut. I know I hit it several times but the web site just didn’t want to acknowledge it. Very frustrating!

With the $10 of $50 coupon in the video, the location of the coupon can vary as the how many times you watch the video (without hitting refresh). Sometimes in the “black screen” before the video begins, somestimes, on the circled “bumb”, sometimes on the coverup, and I also got it at the 18 second mark but not sure exactly where. (FYI, I’m not claiming all the coupons, just having fun finding them. But I did reserve myself a 25% one yesterday, just hoping to get a slightly better one.)

There is some speculation that hackers have figured out the coding sequence on the high coupons. I know someone who was able to replicate them. He obviously didn’t use it, but said it was done easily enough. That is one of the reasons they go so fast.

When you click on the little girl’s hand (the one wearing a flag t-shirt) a little flag appears – I have tried to put it in other places but it doesn’t seem to do anything – has anyone else figured it out?

Jesse, the flag goes in the little boy in gray’s hand. ;)

15% off any Purchase – Move the flag from the little girl in red’s shirt to the hand of the little boy in the gray shirt.

Does anyone know how often they usually update the coupons? The big coupons would sure help out with clothing the little ones and I am new to this….from what I can tell, the week runs from Thurs-Thurs right?
