It’s easy! You’ll see a power icon to your bottom right, RIGHT(not left) click on it, select power options, then select power saver!

I think it also depends on you internet connection. I have vista and a high speed fast internet connection so changing my power settings doesn’t slow anything down.

George, do you know why mine isnt moving slower? Its on power saver but everything is still functioning the same way…bird still flies fast.
