actually baby oil is bad for make up removal especially eye make up because it can clog the tear ducts

When I printed for this coupon, it has some restriction…very fine line wording.. it says “excluding trial sizes (1 ounce, 3 ounce & 4 ounce) and all Johnson’s BUDDIES products” !
