August 10, 2009 by Tara Kuczykowski 23 Comments

McDonald's FREE Angus Burger Coupon
Looking to save on a lunch out? Get a FREE medium fries and drink with the purchase of any Angus Third Pounder burger at McDonald’s. Expires 8/31/09.

My fave is the mushroom and swiss, but beware, these are HUGE so you may want to share!

Thanks, Amanda!

You can also find the same coupon in yesterday’s Parade or USA Weekend newspaper inserts.

Thanks, A Thrifty Mom!

The print is very hard to read – it actually says 8/31/09. Lots of time to enjoy!

I went through the drive-thru today to pick up a sweet tea and saw that the burgers were $3.99. The value meal was $5.xx. I’m in southern indiana (if that makes a difference…not sure if mcd’s prices are regional).

Am I missing something? When I click on the link it just takes me to a page with the pictures of the burgers but it does not say anything about a coupon.

Megan, can you see the box that says “Enter Your Name” with a button next to it that says “Click to Print the Coupon”?

My printed but the coupon has a box that says, “Cashier: Please make sure the word Valid appears in the box below.” But it is blank. Does this mean they will not accept it?

I printed one on a computer with only black ink and the word valid is not in the box. Later at home I tried again in color and the valid is there in a faint gray color so I’d suggest printing in color if possible as I think my black and white one was too faint to be read :-(

I too say able to get the coupon and print it. I called my McD’s and they said that they accept the coupon. I forgot to ask, if they cared that I just printed it.

I printed in B&W and the Valid shows, but is very light.

I was hoping to get a second coupon (one for me and the other for hubby). But the link is gone to print another one :-(

The coupon is 100% usable at ANY McDonalds it leaves a cookie on your computer so you can only print this once . If you need another coupon either go to a different computer or at the time of printing select more than one copy before printing.

I think if you are getting the message that says “open wide” you may have clicked on something or your computer may have messed up. That message popped up on my screen after I printed out the coupon.

I’ve had the Bacon and the Chipotle (in San Diego) and both are fabulous! Not like the McD I’m used to! To print multiples (but this only works the first time) when you click “print this coupon” your printer options pops up. Use the drop down to print however many you want. As I said, this only works the FIRST time you print. Next stop, the Mushroom Burger.
