Giant Food Stores: $5 off $50 Coupon, Exp. 8/22

August 10, 2009 by Tara Kuczykowski 4 Comments

Giant Food Store Coupons
Here’s a treat for those readers with a Giant Food Stores near them. Use this $5 off $50 Giant coupon to save on your next grocery purchase!

Mindi notes that the $50 subtotal must be after all other discounts, including Bonus Buys, BOGO deals, etc., but is before manufacturer coupons. She advises to hand over the $5 off coupon before manufacturer coupons to make the checkout process as smooth as possible.

Expires 8/22/09.

Thanks! I live in MD. We have Martin’s stores but they are owned by Giant PA. If you change the “giantfoodstores” part of the web address to “martinsfoods”, you will get the same coupon to use at Martin’s!

There are also $1.00/1 Natures Promise coupons available for Giant and Martin. Many of the Natures promise items are priced below $2.00 so this could mean some cheap groceries. The whole wheat pasta is $1.29 this week, so it would be $.29 a box!

Some other really good deals at Giant this week:

Buy 7 Chef Boyardee canned pastas, get $3 instantly. Pair that with the buy 3 get one free coupon from All You, and you get 7 for $3.

DelMonte super fruits are $1. There’s a printable coupon out there for $1 off 3. Giant doubles coupons including a dollar, so that’s 3 for $1!

I also live in MD but my Giant (21009) wouldn’t let me use this one before :( Does anyone know of a blogger who follows the weekly deals for Giant? I need to cut back on $$ spent on groceries! Thanks, Laura

Hey there — nice to meet you!

I'm Tara: mom of 5 teens/tweens and one 80-lb. Weimaraner, who fancies herself a lap dog. Born and raised in Ohio (GO BUCKS!!!), my fave things include cooking + baking, my JEEP Rubicon, the 4x4 beaches at OBX, and checking out the local craft beer scene...

As you can imagine, all of this puts a good dent in my monthly budget. So I've learned how to save on the things I NEED, so I can spend on the things I WANT.
