It’s double the face value of the coupons up to a certain value. I’d recommend reading the requirements on one of the sites I linked to above. Harris Teeter is not a Central Ohio store, so I’m not an expert on their policies.

Do you know of any stores in Colorado that do double no matter the coupon values. They are always double up to a value of $1 as far as I can find.
