My kids had a blast with these items, and they really did keep them entertained for a significant period of time — especially the patio set. My 3-year-old was excited when the Timmy Time plush showed up, but his eyes really lit up when he saw the patio set box, and he insisted that we put it together right away. It was raining that day, so we set it up in the living room, and my three youngest played restaurant with it all day.

My oldest boys were completely enamored with the Pirates of the Caribbean toys. They’re all about playing pirates, and the glowing ring that came with one of the figures was the perfect complement to their pirate garb.

    outside activities are always a big hit for the kids. put them on the big wheel or slide and keep an eye on them from the deck.

    I like to have a stash of library books that the kids can go through. This will keep them entertained for quite awhile because they are new to them. :)

    Spend quality time with your kids earlier in the day so when you need some time to yourself they are satisfied (their love tanks are full) and they are more likely to go and play well together or on their own.
