My kids had a blast with these items, and they really did keep them entertained for a significant period of time — especially the patio set. My 3-year-old was excited when the Timmy Time plush showed up, but his eyes really lit up when he saw the patio set box, and he insisted that we put it together right away. It was raining that day, so we set it up in the living room, and my three youngest played restaurant with it all day.

My oldest boys were completely enamored with the Pirates of the Caribbean toys. They’re all about playing pirates, and the glowing ring that came with one of the figures was the perfect complement to their pirate garb.

    I keep a paper bag next to the recyclables. I place items that can be “art supplies” when I need time I pull them out and hand them to my sons to make robots, aliens, etc… (I pick a theme and let them go!)

    my son is older but can get wild like all kids at times so i grab the moon sand and know i have quiet for the next hour !

    my 4 and 2 year old love mcqueen and mater…when i put the cars dvd tape on..we all hold hands and dance to all the songs

    I get kids so tired by the end of the day after eating and bathing its nighty nite time. and then I get my break but ususally go to sleep early anyways.
