I talked a little bit the other day about how we’ve learned to stick to our budget yet still treat ourselves by using coupons. The Entertainment Book is one of our favorite resources for recreational coupons.

    I always splurge on concerts! It is my favorite pasttime and if it is a band I REALLY want to see, I will def splurge without feeling guilty about it. :)

    I splurge by getting a pedicure once a month. I leave the baby at home with daddy and I get some me time.

    Splurges: Restaurants. Pedicures. Redbox (I know what you’re thinking). Quality produce. Cereal (only Kashi will do!). Our cars (have to make them last!)

    I love to splurge on buying books at the local BooksAMillion…also, eating out is a common splurge that my husband and I love to do.

    I would say entertainment like movies and some eating out our are splurges. Maybe also new Mac items for our computers (software and other gadgets) are also splurge items. But that ‘s about it.

    We definitely love to eat out…but with a 2 1/2 year old, we don’t go out much right now! I love to spend gift cards as my splurge – get stuff for free, isn’t that what it’s all about? :) thanks!
