The rebate at checkout requires no other documentation other than the rebate form. You can pick up a tearpad $10 off 2 rebate form at most Giant Eagle Miller displays. The offer number on the tearpad rebate differs from the offer number on the Catalina rebate so by submitting both rebates your final cost is $7.98 for 2 18pks.

Old Orchard 100% juice frozen concentrates are 4/$5 (except orange). There are coupons on the old Orchard web site for $1 off 4 which makes them $1 each after coupon! Pretty good for 100% juice!
