The Mentos rang up $1.49 in Hilliard – DH still bought some, since he misunderstood my directions (thankfully only 4 of them, but still.) He said they were all out of Wet Ones….does anyone think they’ll have problem doubling the coupon, even though it says “not subject to doubling”? Don’t want to waste my time running around if it is a no-go. Thanks as always for your help!

Hi Carole! The register will automatically double the coupon, so unless you get a super picky cashier that’s reading the fine print on everything, you’re good to go. You could always use the self checkout and avoid any problems that way. Sorry the Mentos rang up a different price for you!

Just FYI, the Wet Ones were $1.19 in Dublin. They also had Gillette razors stickered on a clearance rack for $3. Woo hoo – overage on both!
