FREE Johnson’s Buddies Soaps Are Back

June 4, 2009 by Tara Kuczykowski 52 Comments

Free Johnson's Buddies SoapsI’ve professed my love of Johnson’s Buddies Soaps in the past. They smell great, are easy for the kiddos to hang onto, and last a long time – all attributes that make them tops in my book.

So I was super excited when Kaley from Cha-Ching On A Shoetring emailed to tell me there’s a new coupon out that will score FREE Johnson’s Buddies Soaps!

Buddies Soaps are priced at just $0.99 at most stores, including Walmart and Target, so “buy” 3 for FREE with this $3/3 coupon:

$3/3 Any Johnson’s Products (IE) or (Firefox)

Make sure to hit the back button on your browser to print two!

I used the $3/3 at Walmart today. Worked just fine. Love free soap! I have another tip–when the soap is gone, cut a small hole in the gripper and collect slivers of soap laying around. Works great for using every last bit of soap!

I used it and at first the lady wasn’t going to take it, but after she read it she said ok! I love free things!

I used the coupon today at Target. The soap was .97 cents each. The lady at the register questioned it (product & oz size) and I firmly told her. It says any Johnson’s product and does not say 4oz or under. She took it!!! Thanks for coupon and my little girl is excited to take a bath tonight, we have never tried it before.

They didn’t let me have it in Walmart, because it’s smaller that 4oz. The cashier lady was pretty rude too :-)

I got them at Target with no problem! I love these!

I was wondering about that $1/1 baby item coupon, too. Does this qualify as a baby item? I kind of don’t think so. =\

Jarble, I found the soaps at my Walmart near the make-up, lotions, and facial cleansers. There’s a small section with kid’s bubble bath, tub crayons, color fizzers, and these soaps. However, Walmart refused to accept the $3/3 coupon for these, stating it’s below the 4-oz size and it’s not included in the picture. I asked for a manager and explained that the coupon is for ANY Johnson’s product and excludes ONLY the 4-oz size and not these 1-oz bars or even the less-than 4-oz Desitin in the picture, but he still refused to accept it. I’m headed to Target tomorrow.

I love these soaps! I take them with me when we got camping or vacationing. Typically at home I use liquid soap but don’t like to travel with it. And it is a scent that I like as well as the kids so I don’t mind using it at all. I haven’t had any problems using them at my target or my walmart. I have had a few probelms in general with any coupon printed at home then others don’t care.

I can never find the Johnson’s Buddies at my Wal-Mart, but I’ve found them at Toys-R-Us and Target. I’ve never had problems with any of my coupons except for one Rite Aid store. They wouldn’t accept any internet printables! My Wal-Mart and Kroger don’t even look at the coupons and my Kroger even lets you use expired ones. Once I even used a coupon that I didn’t have an item for. I had picked it up and then put it back and forgotten to take the coupon out of my stack that I give the cashier, so I learned that by accident! Of course, I don’t do this though!! I try my best to follow the rules on the coupon to make things fair for everyone and to not cheat the store out of anything.

I got it to work at Target. The soaps were $1.07 each though. I got an older male cashier and it beeped when he scanned the coupon and said you didn’t buy this. I told him I did and he looked at the soap and was like I guess you did and punched it in.

    Thanks for the coupon!

Marilyn, this coupon was first posted on 6/4. Unfortunately, good coupons often reach their print limit very quickly. The good news is that J&J frequently releases coupons that are good on the Buddies products, and I’ll definitely post the next one I find.

Hye, I know the deal is over but does anyone have an extra one by any chance?
Will love to trade it for something maybe.
And my stupid printer found the good time to be out of ink, and the store out of the cartridge. lol
    Can’t wait until they’re back
    TIA
