Enter to Win a Pair of Dockers Soft Khakis (5 Winners!)

February 15, 2010 by Tara Kuczykowski

Dockers Khaki and Red PantsYou may have seen the Dockers Men Without Pants commercial during the Super Bowl. It was all about men stepping up and wearing the pants – even though they weren’t!

Today, I’m giving away 5 pairs of Dockers Soft Khakis in either a classic khaki color or a cool red.

This is how it works: prove that men ARE wearing the pants and that #chivalryisnotdead – especially on Valentine’s Day. Leave a comment (and if possible, link to a pic) about what your guy did for you on Valentine’s Day and I will select 5 winners at random to receive a free pair of khakis!

You have to post by noon tomorrow (2/15), so don’t delay!

+++++++++++++++

Every reader has four methods available to enter this contest. Choose one each of any combination of method one, two, or three for up to a total of 3 entries!!!

If you are reading this in your email or feed reader, please CLICK HERE to visit the original blog post to enter. Email entries will not be counted.

Methods of entry:

1. Leave a comment. What did your guy do to show that#chivalryisnotdead?

2. Share a picture. Leave a link to a picture of your man’s chivalrous Valentine’s Day act in a separate comment!

3. Tweet it. Share your V-Day surprise on Twitter, including the hashtag #chivalryisnotdead. Be sure to come back and leave a separate comment with the link to the tweet!

Prize:
(5) pairs of Dockers Soft Khakis

This giveaway ends at noon EST on Tuesday, 2/16 and is open to all U.S. residents 18 years or older. I’ll use Random.org to select the winning comment. The weather is keeping my honey busy on the road crew but our Valentine’s Day will just be a little belated is all. Last year he brought me chocolates and a bear then took me to the MAC counter so I was a happy girl.

My husband proposed to me five years ago this year on Valentine’s day. This year, he took me out to a movie one night and brought home dinner another. He’s also really good about opening doors and helping- a true gentleman.

My husband suprised me and our daughter with a trip to the Zoo, followed by a dinner in my favorite restaurant. The best part was that he took care of everything, including making sandwiches, getting our daughter ready and packing the diaper bag – which is something I usually do. It was a great day!

On Valentine’s Day, my dear husband got up and made me breakfast in bed–it was wonderful–he had even found my favorite bakery and brought me my favorite pastries(he’s never actually been there–he had to ask my best friend where it was located–it’s in the basement of a huge office building–they really only sell to restaurants–but if you go in they will sell you a few items–but it is so not him to be adventurous)
It was extra sweet of him because he is on a new diet from his Dr –that allows no sweets.

My boyfriend and I celebrated on Saturday (due to a family event scheduled on Sunday), and the day began with a little breakfast (he ran out for bagel sandwiches and coffee while I stayed in bed). He surprised me with a dozen gorgeous white roses, and a beautiful silver and diamond necklace. We went out to see Wolfman and then lunch at TGIFridays afterwards. It was a really sweet day and we both had lots of fun. Thanks!!
