Disney’s The Princess and the Frog $10 off Coupon + Target Deal

March 11, 2010 by Tara Kuczykowski 64 Comments

I was really hoping Disney would come through with a great printable coupon for The Princess and the Frog, and they delivered! Print this $10 off Disney’s The Princess and the Frog coupon to save on the DVD/Blu-ray combo pack when it’s released next Tuesday 3/16.

Target will have the combo pack priced at $26.99, and there are a couple of rebates available for it that could bring the price of the movie down to as low as $6.99!

:: Princess and the Frog Target Deal

Disney’s The Princess and the Frog DVD/Blu-ray Combo, $26.99
$10 off Disney’s The Princess and the Frog coupon
$5 Band-Aids mail-in rebate
$5 FrogTape mail-in rebate
$6.99 after coupon and rebates!

More on the rebates:

  • $5 Band-Aids mail-in rebate — Get a $5 rebate when you buy any two Band-Aid products along with the DVD. Kids’ Band-Aids are priced at $1.84. Use (2) $1/1 Band-Aid Brand Product, exp. 3-31-10 (RP #2 1/3/10) coupons stacked with (2) $1/1 Band-Aid Target printables, and these should be better than FREE plus the rebate!
  • $5 FrogTape mail-in rebate — Buy any roll of FrogTape Multi-Surface Painters Tapes (24mm, 36mm, or 48mm) along with the DVD. Anyone know the pricing on this?

Thanks so much for the details, Becca! Becca’s going to be giving away a copy of The Princess and the Frog DVD/Blu-Ray Combo, so please stop by and enter her giveaway. Your comments and entries mean a lot to her!

They ask for the proof of purchase tab, which is not the same as the bar code. Each Disney DVD has two of the tabs in addition to the bar code, so you should be able to submit for them both.

Do you have to buy the princess and the frog band aids or any kind? It says select but when I went to walgreens the princess and the frog were not included in the sale so I bought regular ones, will that work? Thanks.

Regular Band-Aids should be fine for the rebate.

With the Target Band aid coupon it says one offer per transaction, so does that mean you have to buy the two packs of band aids separately then and send in two separate receipts?

Trisha, it’s possible that you’ll have to have them rung separately, but many stores don’t enforce that policy. I’ve talked to their customer service before, and it’s at the manager’s discretion to accept more than one per transaction.

Oh, bummer! I am glad you ladies pointed out that the $3 off Target coupon doesn’t include this movie. Drats!

Is anyone else having trouble printing the rebate certificate for the bandaids?

I had troble printing it. This is what I did: I changed the print preferences to page scaling: none, unchecked auto rotate and unchecked choose paper source by PDF page size. After that it worked for me.

Candace – I had trouble printing the rebate form from the web. Save the form to your computer first, then open the saved document and print. It worked for me.

Trish – Some Target stores overlook the “one per purchase” limitation on Target store coupons. I never had a problem using multiple coupons until recently, but it was definitely the cashier and not a good depiction of the rest of my visits. (She also tried to tell me I couldn’t stack store coupons with mfr coupons… the whole visit was a nightmare.) However, you can submit two receipts for Band-Aids if this is the case.

Link to the $10 off now says “broken”. I printed the Canada one and just realized it at Target. Can I still get the USA one?

I just bought the blu-ray single disc for $19.99 @ target, will this qualify for the rebate, or does have to be the combo pack. Thanks!

I was able to just click on the link, Stacy. It may have just been a temporary glitch.

Ann, this particular coupon should only be used on the DVD/Blu-ray combo pack, but I post another coupon here for $5 off the DVD:

    https://www.dealseekingmom.com/5-off-disneys-the-princess-and-the-frog-dvd-coupon-0-99-at-target/

The rebates will be valid on either version.

I bought Sponge Bob and Littlest Pet Shop band-aids…..are those considered “participating products”???

I’m wondering the same thing? I bought Sponge Bob and Barbie Band Aids but in the photo of participating products the character Band Aids are just the Disney types. I’d hate to get rejected because of that so I’m wondering if i should go buy some more or not…

    Tara,

so i had my husband buy the dvd because they were out of the combo pack and he unintentionally used the $10 off coupon, didn’t know it was for combo pack. will it still be ok to request rebate for band-aid or should i go back to target and explain the situation and rebuy the product. target is quite a drive and being that i have two little ones it’s inconvenient to go back.

    thanks,

    zuly

Zuly, I would not worry about it. The coupon is not going to affect your rebate at all.

Both the Frog Tape and the Band-Aid rebates say they require the Proof-Of-Purchase from the package.

Is there more than one POP per package?

Well I finally got a reply from Band-Aid today, and they say that only the band-aids pictured in the ad qualify, so LPS and Sponge Bob do not. UGH. Of course I gave up on hearing back from them and mailed my rebate off last week! Guess I can look forward to a big fat rejection coming. :-( That offer was NOT very clear, IMO.

I contacted the Band-Aid people too. It has to be one of the exact Band-Aids in the picture. Sponge Bob etc. are not going to qualify. I picked up some of the Toy Story Band Aids instead.

Mindy–Thanks for getting back to us. Drove my husband crazy to see the envelopes ready to go but not in the mailbox! I went ahead and bought another box of band-aids. I, too, wish they had been more clear. I wonder how many people got stuck.
