I’m an e-mail subscriber! I love eating yogurt for a mid-morning and mid-afternoon snack — to make sure I get my daily dairy in. I’ve been buying Yo+ since it was put in the stores. It’s my favorite and I’ve tried all of flavors and love them all!

This will change your way of thinking about yogurt!! I eat mine with “whipped cream” on top of it. This way it is like eating a delicious dessert instead of something plain.

I love to eat it at work as a great mid day snack. I also give plain yogurt to my animals to help their coats stay nice and shinny. Thanks for making such great varieties of yogurt!!!!

I have 2 fave ways to eat yogurt. I usually buy the 32oz containers for this. The 1 st is using vavilla yoguert with a healthy cereal mixede in, used like you would milk.

The 2nd is again using vanilla yogurt, mixing in a sliced banana, then topping it all with cinnamon.

Both make great meals because they’ll fill you up better than just a cup of yogurt, which at least for me, doesn’t. Both add to the health benefits w/o overdoing the calories too. :o)
