I love to mix yogurt with fruit , like apples and bananas then top with granola. My favorite granola is the Bear Naked granola with fruit. This is one of my favorite things to eat, any time of the day!

I like to eat yogurt straight out of the container. Sometimes I add some high fiber cereal to it. Sometimes I freeze the yogurt to get an ice cream-y type texture. I love yogurt and it’s so good for you!
