You’ll definitely want to check out these awesome coupons submitted by some wonderful readers:

  • $2/1 Yes to Carrots – According to Amy at Cutting Coupons in KC, Yes to Carrots products frequently go on sale at Walgreens making for a great deal combined with this coupon! She recommends the body butter.
  • BOGO Michael Angelo’s – Mary wrote in to share that if you register on the Michael Angelo’s site, you can get a buy one get one free coupon good on Michael Angelo’s single servings or family size products.  Terri shared this $10 Michael Angelo’s Mail-in Rebate good at Walmart, so it looks like there may be a possibility of getting three meals for the price of one! But you’ll have to hurry because the rebate expires 2/14/09.
  • $5/3 Johnsonville Sausage Products – Terri also shared this $5/3 Johnsonville Sausage products coupon good through 2/28/09.  The coupons states that it’s only valid at Albertson’s, Acme, biggs, Cub Foods, Farm Fresh, Jewel, Shaw’s, Star Market, Shoppers, and Shop ‘n Save; however, if a store near you accepts competitor’s coupons, you may have luck in using this.
  • $3/1 Ensure six-pack – Register and print a $3/1 Ensure six-pack coupon, and then submit this $10 Ensure Mail-in Rebate good on any Ensure multipack to make money on the deal!   You’ll also find a coupon for $1.85 off an Ensure single bottle or six-pack at the first link. Thanks again to Terri for this fabulous find!
  • $1.10/1 Progresso Soup – The Progresso Soup coupon has been reset! This makes often makes for FREE soup after a good sale, but even without a great sale, it makes it darn cheap!
  • $4/1 Purina brand pet food – Use this $4/1 Purina pet food coupon at stores like Walmart to stock up on FREE or very cheap brand name pet food! Thanks to Brittany!

    Hey Tara,

I just read the rebate form for the Michael Angelo’s, it states that you must include the UPC bar code from at least three Michael Angelo’s Family Serve (30 oz. or 40oz.) so you will have to buy more than the buy one get one, but you should be able to still get a great deal!

Wanted to share a great money saving trick for Walmart. I lay out all my weekly flyers. Having two of each is even better for fronts and backs… you’ll see what I mean in a minute. I find whoever has the cheapest lettuce, soap or even meats! I cut out the ad picture with price like a coupon. I run my double sided tape dispenser on the back of my cut out picture and stick them onto a plastic sheet protector. Following me still? Applicable coupons go inside my sheet protector and the lettuce cut out stuck on the front peels off and gets stuck onto the lettuce bag. I make my own “coupons” that peel off my sheet protector and directly onto the item. SOOO easy at check out! This is a very easy way to do competitive prices in an easy coupon manner. The best part is… I can still use all of my coupons! I get the best prices from all over town at ONE STORE! For items that never have coupons! I do carry a full ad flyer from each store incase Walmart wants to check the ad dates (that has never happened!) It has always been smooth and easy. Hope my tip helps someone out there. Zoomomtracy

Great idea Tracy — I think I will try doing that from now on. Thanks for your methodology. I am new at this stuff and trying to figure out what works best…. your method sounds good :)

A slight clarification for the Ensure rebate – the rebate is for “up to $10”. So your rebate will be the price you paid for the item, from $6.97 to $10. You do make profit from using the $3 coupon, but no profit from the rebate itself.

This is such a huge blessing! I have had this experience since I’ve been couponing (a little over a year) that when I run low on something I have stockpiled (which is everything) that I also am able to get it free or very cheap at the end of my stockpile even though I’ve been looking for it on sale all along. All thanks to the grace of God! Anyhow, I have been running VERY low on meat and I went to albertsons tonight to look for some meat. Johnsonville sausage was expiring and I got three at 1.23 each. I was going to look for a different coupon I had at home for like a dollar off but now can take my receipt back and use this coupon! Plus there was some more that was expiring tomorrow and now I can buy that FREE in the mornign!

    What a huge blessing!

Hey there — nice to meet you!

I'm Tara: mom of 5 teens/tweens and one 80-lb. Weimaraner, who fancies herself a lap dog. Born and raised in Ohio (GO BUCKS!!!), my fave things include cooking + baking, my JEEP Rubicon, the 4x4 beaches at OBX, and checking out the local craft beer scene...
