I’ve never kept track, but that sounds about right. I don’t think there was a single week this past winter when at least one of the kids was feeling under the weather.

    I make my little ones a bed on the sofa, so they can lay down and watch tv all cozy. Lots of snuggles, and popsicles too.

    Actually, when my kids have a bad cold, I rub Vicks rub on their back, their chest and sometimes carefully around the sinus area and nose right before bedtime. It seems to help with the congestion while they are sleeping. That’s why this is an awesome giveaway!

    When we get sick,we dose up with tylenol and vick’s vapor rub. We also eat chicken soup and rest!

    This is my first time entering an online contest. Here goes.

    My kids love Vick’s on their feet when they have a cold. We put a comfy pair of socks over it and cuddle with our favorite USC fleece blanket. Add a bottle of Gatorade we’re set.

    I was raised that you turn the shower up as high as it would go, close the door and sit in the bathroom with all the steam while drinking some extremely hot tea and honey. It actually always helped more then the meds growing up and I do it with my kids.

    I prop my bed up with extra pillows so I can breathe better; drink lots of fluids; use Vicks mixed in boiled water as a breathe-in treatment.

    Growing up my family was a bit on the natural side so it usually meant some double doses of garlic pills and wheat grass or some carrot juice. I hate to say I still revert back to these for myself. However they usually help. My little one gets a steamy shower and lots of love.

    I have used vicks vaporub since I was a little girl. My mom would rub it on our neck and put a warm wrap around and we would be good to go. I use it on my kids now.
