Fruit and yogurt parfaits are one of my favorite breakfast treats, especially when fresh blueberries are in season. I generally make them from scratch with Greek yogurt, fresh fruit, and whatever granola I’ve been able to find for a steal recently, but sometimes it’s nice to be able to just grab a ready-to-mix option and go.

I’ve always been intrigued by mineral salt deodorants, but I’ve never worked up the nerve to actually try these products. I assumed they would be messy or not very effective, so I was very curious when I received these Crystal Essence Body Deodorants to try.

I was surprised to see the roll-on applicator as I haven’t used a roll-on deodorant since probably middle school, but I followed the application instructions. I found the scents to be very light and pleasant, and they really do keep me odor free all day long.
