Back-to-School Giveaway: Wave LX Street Surfing Board

With an increased focus these days on getting kids on their feet and outside to play, I’m excited to tell you about today’s giveaway. The Wave LX (Light Xtreme) is a caster board that blends motions of surfing, snowboarding and skateboarding to produce the fast growing and popular sport of Street Surfing. If you think that sounds a little difficult, then I’d say you’re right. It is difficult to get the hang of it. However, once it clicks, it can make for hours of fun!

The Wave LX is intended for ages 5 and up, but I’d argue that a 5 year old would have a lot of difficulty in using this product. My 6 and 7 year olds have been trying this product all summer and are still trying to learn the motions. Though it’s challenging, they’ve enjoyed it. Of course, I recommend that your child wear a helmet and pads for added safety.

    The whole family loves to go camping. Sitting around the campfire roasting marshmallows. Also we are a family of dirt bike riders. My 2 year old can’t wait until he is big enough to actually get to ride on one by himself.

    Our family is very sports oriented. We love to go to ballgames together, whether it be to our local High School games or to my grandson’s baseball game. We all ride together to the game, cheer our little fella on and then afterward, I take them all out to eat before we make the trip back home.

    My family loves to go to the beach. Whether it is blazing hot outside and we go there to cool down, or it is middle of winter and we just need a nice break outside. We love to spend our summers playing in the sand and building castles just to knock them down. Also, we like to go in the late evening to see all the crabs running around and the kids chase them.
