I’d be surprised if someone hasn’t said this already but Shampoo works great for taking out grease stains. Even set in ones! Dawn dishsoap works too. But you can get a bottle of generic shampoo for less than a dollar. Now that’s cheap stain removal!

Teach the kids when they are young to sort & separate then what loads to wash on what settings and then leave it to them. Best way to make the burden easier. ;)

My best money-saving tip for laundry is to try to wash in cold water whenever possible, which not only saves money (probably around $100 a year at least) but also saves energy. I also usually cut my dryer sheets in half and get double the use out of them. Thanks for the great giveaway!
