I think I would go for the Dawson model as I live in WI and need some warm shoes for the weather. My number one factor in buying shoes is durability; I have boys who wear out shoes in a blink of an eye. I’d be interested in trying Crocs because I’ve been skeptical about their breathability.

My son wants Crocs so badly. I’m not sure why I’ve resisted buying them. I like shoes that don’t have all the characters on them. I lost that battle this year (because I took my husband shopping with us!). Mostly I look for comfort and affordability. And a shoe that won’t fall apart before he wears it out!

I look for quality, comfort & washability. How many times has my son come home from school with dirty shoes, ugggh! I would love the Teton style. Thanks.

A toss-up between the Sophia and Dawson models….
I look for good quality shoes that are nicely made and don’t have licensed characters on them.

I think I would choose the Dawson model. My son loves his Crocs and how fun to have a faux fur lining to keep his feet warm in the winter. Love it! I try to choose shoes that are durable.

The most important thing I want in a shoe is a matching color. :)

I would choose the Dawson. I look for something that fits his foot well, that is comfortable, and that will stay on for a very active little boy.

Hey there — nice to meet you!

I'm Tara: mom of 5 teens/tweens and one 80-lb. Weimaraner, who fancies herself a lap dog. Born and raised in Ohio (GO BUCKS!!!), my fave things include cooking + baking, my JEEP Rubicon, the 4x4 beaches at OBX, and checking out the local craft beer scene...

As you can imagine, all of this puts a good dent in my monthly budget. So I've learned how to save on the things I NEED, so I can spend on the things I WANT.
