I breastfed all five of mine, but I know that’s not an option for all moms. I encourage everyone to at least give it an honest try if they’re able, but each mom needs to decide what works best for her personally. ;)

I tried to breastfeed both and tried pumping, but I couldn’t. A mom has to do what she has to do. I’m thankful for formula even though I really wanted to breastfeed both babies!

Personality has nothing to do with it sometimes…. Try having a baby in NICU with no option but to bottle feed cause you can’t be there and didn’t receive your pump on time

I have to formula feed my youngest bc of a brain tumor I had while pregnant. I breastfed my toddler till he was just about 2.
:) Anyway, I can’t get samples at my pediatricians right now bc they don’t have a formula rep currently! UGGH!

Stephanie, I couldn’t breastfeed my twins and was happy to have these coupons! Sure hope we aren’t starting to pass judgement here…breast is not always best for every situation. A happy, healthy and fed baby is what is best, is it not?

Stephanie- Some moms (like myself) can’t produce enough milk to satisfy the baby’s needs, and HAVE to supplement. Doesn’t matter what I do, how often I feed, and/or pump, by 4 months, my milk is giving out. I have a 3 yr old and a 6 mth old. I have had to supplement both.

I am here for coupons, aren’t you? If you are breastfeeding and don’t need formula coupons, why stick around and comment? It isn’t necessary. My kids are well nourished and I am sure you couldn’t line up my kids or yours and tell who was fed what.
I am really sad that as mothers, we tear each other down with criticisms about who breast or bottle feeds, who works or stays home, etc. I am blessed to be a mother and would never stick my nose with “facts” said to soley make myself mightier and another person feel inferior. Please re-examine your motives here. Were you trying to convince us to breast feed? How would we begin that now?

ditto :) My daughter has to be on soy milk and I have to take a presciption that would interfere in my own milk (why a I explaining?), so formula is a win-win and so are these offers!

Why come on here and make “Breast is best” comments? We each ended up formula feeding as a result of a lot of thought and consideration. Just like you did not flippantly decide to breastfeed, we did not flippantly decide to formula feed. I am sure that, for a few of us, HAVING to go to formula a very difficult decision that was arrived at as a direct result of working very hard at breastfeeding and not succeeding. I BF my first daughter for 19 months. Don’t you think I might feel a bit of guilt for barely making it six weeks with my second? I’m not here to receive judgment, I’m here to find some great resources for lightening the financial burden of providing food for my child. Go somewhere else with your old rhetoric and judgmental attitude!

I never thought I would need to be buying formula- I was so adamant about breastfeeding! But after several bouts of severe mastitis that landed me in the hospital and required very painful surgeries I was no longer able to nurse on the left side.
I’m thankful I can still breastfeed half of the time and I’m grateful that there are good formulas out there that will nourish my baby.

Not everyone CAN breastfeed, so shove off, Stephanie. Yes, I’m bitter about it. I never thought it would happen to me but it turns out I have insufficient glandular tissue (IGT) and I’ve been forced to supplement with formula (it was a feed your baby formula or she’s going to die situation). So now I’m taking all kinds of herbs and attaching myself to a breast pump 8 times a day like an effing dairy cow. I’ve done EVERYTHING I can to make breastfeeding work and to increase my milk supply. It’s increased by about 50%… to 12 whole ounces a day. Hardly enough to keep a baby alive. So, again, shove off.

Breast milk is the best ant dr will tell you it says so on the can of formula as well! And for children with milk allergies the mom can’t have any dairy but can still breastfeed my 2 month old has milk allergies and I still breastfeed her! But I did use formula until my milk fully came in!

I breastfeed my baby but supplement my guy every few days with formula while we are out and about. I decided to signe up for many free cause heck why not, but found I didn’t use them so I began donating them to my local womens shelter. I since doing it that first time found what a great need there is out there so now sign up or take any sample offered and just donate it if not used. Same with diapers!!

I breastfed my daughter (pumped) till she was 3 months, now I can’t pump as much as she eats so we have to do breast milk AND formula. Ik not ALL mothers can breast feed, I tried with my first, even tried pumping and it didn’t work, I got lucky with my second though.

I do both, formula and breast, to help with more milk production, take the herbal supplement “fenugreek” or even teas with milk thistle and raspberry leaf. I love this site, just found it, its more beneficial to buy the little bit of formula and recieve wic exclusively breast feeding foods, especially couponed, also look on craigslist, peoples are always selling formula cheaper ;-)

With havin so much content do you ever run into
any issues of plagorism or copyright violation?

My blog has a lot of completely unique content I’ve either authored myself
or outsourced but it appears a lot of it is popping it
up all over the internet without my authorization. Do
you know any methods to help prevent content from being ripped off?
    I’d certainly appreciate it.
