Rite Aid Deals Week of 5/30/10

May 29, 2010 by Corrie @ Centsable Momma 11 Comments

Rite Aid Deals

Corrie from “Cents”Able Momma is the Deal Seeking Mom Store Expert for Rite Aid. At “Cents”Able Momma, she helps others be “able” to save their “cents” by sharing great deals, coupons, freebies, money saving tips, and even a few methods to earn a little extra money.

There is a $5/$25 Rite Aid Purchase printable (regional) coupon available from Red Plum, and a $5/$20 or $5/$25 Rite Aid May Video Values printable coupon available to help you save on your Rite Aid purchases.

Rite Aid has started releasing both a long and a short version of their ad. The prices sometimes differ. The deals below are from the long ad.

This week is also the first week of the June SCR period. Make sure you enter your receipts for May’s rebates and request your check.

Also, be sure to watch the May Rite Aid Videos by tonight (5/29) at midnight for any Video Values coupons you think you’ll need. Once you qualify for them, you’ll  have until June 26 to print and use them. June coupons will be released on 5/30.

Scroll down to share your Rite Aid Deals and Scenarios!

My riteaid refused to take any coupons, including Video Values, saying they dont accept coupons andymore and its the new riteaid policy and cashiers accepting them are fired. Is that true ? I wouldnt want to shop there if they dont take coupons

      Preeti,

I have not heard about a change in Rite Aid’s coupon policy. In fact, you can see the official coupon policy here. I would print out a copy of the policy and bring it with you. If they give you problems again, I would ask to speak with the manager. Video Values coupons are Rite Aid coupons (printable off their site), so it doesn’t make sense to not accept them. Hope that helps!

The Sure Deoderant deal gets better if you buy one of the deodorants that has the yellow Try Me FREE! sticker on it. You can go to http://www.TrySureFree.com, print the rebate form and they will reimburse you the $2.99 purchase price. You need to take the sticker off the package and put it on the rebate form.

Can you use more than one in ad coupon and video values coupons if you buy more than one product? For example: If I bought 3 Coppertone products can I use 3 in ad coupons and 3 video values coupons, plus 3 manufacturer coupons? I’m not very familiar with Rite Aid, but this seems like it would be a great deal if you could. Thanks.

      Carrie,

Technically, you can only print the Rite Aid Video Values coupons one time once you’ve watched the video. However, you MAY be able to use more than one in-ad coupon. It seems to depend on your cashier whether they will allow it or not.

Has anyone had an issue when entering receipts the message “do not match any of our records?” after the recent change to the Wellness program? I had purchased the 5 packs of diapers and both of those receipts aren’t found in their system. I’ve been trying to fax the forms to them but without success their fax machine stops after 2 pages (only sending 3 pages). I plan on mailing it but I was wondering if this is an on going issue??
    Any suggestions?

      Holly,

I have not had any issues when entering my receipts lately. Have you tried entering the receipts a second time to ensure that there are no typos on the store #, register #, and transaction #? Maybe try again. If it still doesn’t work, you could call 1-800-RITE-AID (1-800-748-3243) to speak with someone from customer service and explain your problems.
