I don’t usually do anything drastically different for the new year because I feel that if you want to accomplish something, you should be able to start it any day of the year.

Whenever I feel like I need to shed some pounds I take a tablespoon of apple cidar vinegar per day and drink tons water with organic lemon juice. Seems strange but it seems to kick start my body.

I haven’t always changed my eating habits for the new year but this year I have to. That or buy bigger clothes. :( I started by choosing Subway today instead of pizza when we were out at lunchtime. :D

    Thanks for the giveaway! :D

I'm Tara: mom of 5 teens/tweens and one 80-lb. Weimaraner, who fancies herself a lap dog. Born and raised in Ohio (GO BUCKS!!!), my fave things include cooking + baking, my JEEP Rubicon, the 4x4 beaches at OBX, and checking out the local craft beer scene...

As you can imagine, all of this puts a good dent in my monthly budget. So I've learned how to save on the things I NEED, so I can spend on the things I WANT.
