As soon as the holidays are over, I go back to only water and zero-calorie drinks–egg nogs, hot chocolate, and cocktail calories really add up. This Christmas, my family also only made enough tamales for Christmas week ( not a month’s worth, like usual), so that will help me cut down on munching too!
