    I try to watch what I eat and get rid of any left over sweets fast! But this year I’m eating what I want cause I’m pregnant. Would love a subway gift card, there is one right by where I work and easy to get for lunch.

    I try to not over eat. They say your stomach is the size of your fist. So when ever I eat I make sure I done eat to much. Plus I watch my calorie intake. Like they say calories in calories out.

    I clean out the fridge, freezer, and pantry of all the holiday snacks and treats and replace them with fruits, nuts, and healthy things to nibble on.

    As soon as the holidays are over, I go back to only water and zero-calorie drinks–egg nogs, hot chocolate, and cocktail calories really add up. This Christmas, my family also only made enough tamales for Christmas week ( not a month’s worth, like usual), so that will help me cut down on munching too!

    I cut back on my eating. During the holidays I tend to eat whatever is it in sight.. after the 1st I go back to a normal eating schedule. Plus I hit the gym!

    We try to eat right all the time, but after New Year’s I get rid of the extra Christmas junk that is still left.

    yep, I sure do change my habits. One year I lost 25 lbs! Striving for 10 this time around! Exercise and more WATER!!! That’s my biggest challenge!
