Win-It Wednesday: Tyson Frozen, Grilled and Ready Chicken Breasts and Strips (10 Winners!)

by Tara Kuczykowski on March 3, 2010 · 1,039 comments

Join me every week for Win-It Wednesday. I’ll be posting several 24-hour giveaways throughout the day to give you plenty of chances to win!

Tyson's Frozen, Grilled and Ready Chicken Breasts and Strips are the perfect go-to for a quick and fast meal. The chicken is fully cooked, 98% fat free and also free from preservatives! They can be found in the freezer aisle of your grocery store and can go from your freezer to your table in minutes. They are perfect for the family on the go.

I asked my friend Shaina from Food for My Family for some ideas on how she'd incorporate these into everyday recipes. She suggested adding them to the top of your favorite salad, using them for a quick quesadilla lunch, mixing into your favorite pasta and sauce recipes (Shaina's is Mediterranean pasta) or the ever-popular chicken alfredo combination, using it to top a homemade pizza or making a chicken salad. They are definitely a versatile item to have around for meals.

Ten lucky Deal Seeking Mom readers will each win a coupon for a FREE bag of Tyson Frozen, Grilled and Ready Chicken Breasts or Strips!

My fiance and I are trying to eat healthier and we have decided that once a week we are going to eat a big salad with grilled chicken on top as our dinner. Monday night was a success and this chicken would be perfect for that dinner!

What WOULDN'T I use them for?! Getting the chicken ready is usually the longest part of my dinner prep, and we eat a lot of chicken.

I probably use the strips as part of a luncheon salad. When I go out for lunch I try to eat a salad as the menu usually puts alot more on the salad than I have in my frig. So this would be a food topper along with lettuce, tomato, etc.

I would use the strips for chicken salad, quesadillas or on a lettuce salad.

I would use those chicken strips in a variety of ways - 1) in chicken stir fry or fried rice, 2) in pasta with pine nuts, spinach and some chicken broth and 3) to make an AWESOME chef salad (when combined with other yummy ingredients).

Thanks for the opportunity to win.

I love to make salads for dinner so I would use it for topping my salad. My four year old loves chicken so she would probably just eat it right out of the bag.
