I learned that its a good idea to have 2 seperate email accounts one for business related things and one for more general things like facebook etc

I learned that disabling System Restore before disinfection is recommended when running a F-Secure virus scan in order to prevent possible re-infection, as the feature may unintentionally save a backup copy of an infected file, which may then be reinstalled after disinfection is completed. I checked out the F-Secure site and I learned that laptop users should not take risks with sending sensitive information over unsecured wireless networks.
