I sign up for all the free and close to free recycle bags I can get. They make awesome gift bags....people love getting them!!
Sandy, that's a great idea! I haven't considered that, but I may be trying that out soon, since I have quite a collection.
The coupon is for any reuseable bag OVER (not up to) $1.49. So with the coupon you would still pay at least .49. I usually take my own tote bag to Target, but I love their plastic bags. They are great for hauling my recycleables to the recycling center so I use them over and over.
I love their plastic bags also! I use them when cleaning out he cat box. They are the only that don't have those holes in the bottom!
