Target: Reusable Bag Coupon in This Sunday’s Ad Insert

April 17, 2010 by Beth @ In Good Cents 4 Comments

Target Reusable Tote

Before you toss out your Target ad this weekend, turn to the center.

In celebration of Earth Day, the center pages — which turn into an envelope — are designed to help you do your part to save our planet.  Simply insert 5 of your Target shopping bags inside, fill out your information, and mail them off to the following address to get a $1 off coupon for any reusable bag  priced $1.49 or more.

Terracycle
121 New York Avenue
Trenton, NJ 08638

Plus, don’t forget your free reusable tote next week.  Quantities are limited at each store and they’ll go fast.

Sandy, that’s a great idea! I haven’t considered that, but I may be trying that out soon, since I have quite a collection.

The coupon is for any reuseable bag OVER (not up to) $1.49. So with the coupon you would still pay at least .49. I usually take my own tote bag to Target, but I love their plastic bags. They are great for hauling my recycleables to the recycling center so I use them over and over.

I love their plastic bags also! I use them when cleaning out he cat box. They are the only that don’t have those holes in the bottom!

Hey there — nice to meet you!

I'm Tara: mom of 5 teens/tweens and one 80-lb. Weimaraner, who fancies herself a lap dog. Born and raised in Ohio (GO BUCKS!!!), my fave things include cooking + baking, my JEEP Rubicon, the 4x4 beaches at OBX, and checking out the local craft beer scene...

As you can imagine, all of this puts a good dent in my monthly budget. So I've learned how to save on the things I NEED, so I can spend on the things I WANT.
