I tried this and it wouldn't work.
I tried it too. It told me I was one digit short.
I used it... it worked! I rented "The Soloist".
Is it only for certain areas? I am in Columbus. I tried it 3 times. I even called home so my husband could make sure I wrote it down right.
This code should work anywhere, so I'm not sure what the problem is. I even triple checked the code in the text I got this morning, and it's correct. I'd let customer service know about the issues. Perhaps they'll issue you a free credit.
I got the code from this posting and also got the text (same code) on my cell. I live in NC.
They text me the code and it worked. I am in Rhode Island so anyone on the east coast it should work.
