I went to use my DOTS coupon today, I drove 30 almost 40 minates because I thought my daughter would like to pick some stuff out. Well we got up to the counter and was told that they were not honoring the online coupons, you had to take a survey they mailed to you and then they would send you a coupon for $10 off a $45 purchase. I was pretty upset because I had called yesterday afternoon and was told the coupon was good at their store and it was a long drive. I asked to speak to the manager and was basically told I was out of luck… then when I finally did the manager was also very rude. They were upset when I told them to cancel my $23 dollar purchase (I was going to buy a pair of sandals for $13). They actually asked me “Are you that poor?” Which although I could’ve afforded the stuff I just didnt want it anymore after being treated poorly. Anyhow I am writing a letter to there corporate and we’ll see what happens. Just wanted to let people know.

Oh, wow, how incredibly rude! I hope you have some luck with corporate as that was completely uncalled for. Please update us if they respond.

I cant BELIEVE they treated you like that!!! That is so horrible. I think there is somewhere you can report them if corporate does nothing. Im so sorry that happened!!

I had given my coupon to a friend and she had gone to the store, only to realize she had forgotten the coupon, so she asked the sales lady if she could help. The sales lady informed her that the coupons were not valid. So she took my friends address and said when it’s all straightened out that they will mail her one.
