I must be doing something wrong. There’s nowhere to input the code for the free bar. It says free shipping, but it’s charging me $3.00 for the bar itself. Help?

I had the same problem with nowhere to enter the code. I entered it on the page where it said something about referral source. I thought maybe it would be on the last page. I am pretty sure I just got charged $3. It looks like a good product though.
