    I learned I should turn off the overhead light while doing computer work, which is the opposite of what I’ve been doing (and what I thought was the right thing to do!). I wonder why I need a stronger prescription, hmmmm?

    I didn’t realized that my eye doctor can see signs of diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol by looking at the blood vessels in my eyes! The body is truly amazing!

    Eye exams should be done every year to catch early signs of health conditions Diabetes, high cholesterol,ect.

    I found out that is could be money saving to purchase the plan if your employer doesn’t offer eye care.
